Even at 98 years old, life is more fulfilling for Dick Macsherry when you’re able to help others. On this podcast, Dick shares stories about growing up along the St. Lawrence River, assisting with the growth of several area non-profits, and how the next generation can prepare itself for giving back. His daughter, Molly, talks about what her parents have taught her, how it’s led her ministry and the joy of giving.

“If you’re being helped by someone, don’t forget to help someone else. Do it in return. You may be a little later, or many years later (in life), but do it because people need your help just as much as you need them.”
– Richard R. Macsherry
“The major lesson I’ve learned is to never stop giving. Because in giving, you receive so much more in life.”
– Rev. Molly Macsherry MacWade
